FUN ROVER STORAGE

There is something special about owning a Land Rover. It doesn’t matter if it is brand new or and approved used Land Rover. It is an experience pretty much unlike any other vehicle. It is a unique experience, and sadly not everyone knows how to use all of the functions on the car. That goes for enthusiasts too!

Here are a few things that Land Rover owners should know.

We Are As One

Where most car owners can drive by each other, nonplussed at their taste in vehicles, as a Land Rover owner you should be waving to the rest of us. It is the first rules of owning such a mammoth and indeed beautiful car.

We are as one, and we should stick together.

This little-known law of owning a Land Rover will ensure that you are in the club for real.

Next time you see another Land Rover owner, give them a good old wave.

Dora The Explorer

There are a few things in the world that are sad to see. A dropped ice cream cone, toast landing butter side down and a Land Rover that is destined for a life of the 5-minute drive.

These cars are designed for the ultimate exploring. They are comfortable, air-conditioned, a quite literally head and shoulders above most vehicles.

Once you have the keys in your hand, you should feel yourself spontaneously turning into Dora The Explorer, your most exquisite pair of Sorrells secure themselves to your feet, and you are off on a couple of hour drive followed by a ramble and at least three stops for tea.

There is a lot of technology in the car that makes it the perfect long-distance runner, and being used for a few minutes here and there is a waste of a beautiful machine.

Old Veteran

Land Rovers have a history. You could buy so many books about their origin, what the design features are there for, and who came up with it all. And actually, that isn’t a bad thing to do if you really love the car.

If you have picked up an old runner aren’t all that sure about the heritage of the brand and the car, then you might not really be ready for all the quirks it comes with.

The history of Land Rover and Range Rover is what makes the brand so unique.

Capability

In all seriousness now, the vehicle is probably the most capable and diverse vehicle you’ll ever come across. It is perfect for shopping trips or driving up a muddy track. It comes with a range of options to suit whatever lifestyle it is going to be a part of, and you are unlikely to get a smoother drive out of something with similar sizing.

Top Tip: Another little-known rule is that if you see any vehicle from the Range Rover or Land Rover brand you are bound by ownership law to park next to them. And, while doing to leave enough space for them to open their doors safely. Double points if you manage to wave at another own in the same car park.
