As some of you may know, we've been rather busy, working hard on the Beach Rover project. In particular, we've been doing a lot of custom fabrication and parts upgrading to enhance the look & performance of the Land Rover. Amongst many of these components, we've sourced some LED Headlights from a company based in Wirral called Thomas Performance, who specialise in Land Rover Performance Parts & LED Lighting.
We've opted for their own brand; 6500K 7" LED Headlights in black, however there were many options to choose from including Halo, Switch-back & some super cool RGB Headlights.
We're told the headlights are a straight swap and use all of the original fixtures & fittings making them simply plug & play. The headlights come supplied with an anti-flicker harness, specific to Land Rover Defenders and use the factory H4 plugs.
The lighting output offered by the LED headlights compared to the standard Defender lighting is immense. We found that they offer a clear beam pattern and offer a bright white light helping to illuminate the road & any ojbect infront of you. A recommended upgrade to all.
You can watch how our Thomas Performance LED headlights perform in an upcoming video coming soon.
In the meantime check out their full LED Headlights range at https://thomasperformance.co.
